Nicholas Beale gave a seminar on Individual versus Systemic Risk and the Regulators Dilemma on 15 September 2011 at The Tsinghua School of Economics and Management (SEM). SEM is consistently ranked one of the best among business schools in China. Founded in 1984, SEM was the first economics and management school in China. Its Founding Dean, Professor Zhu Rongi, was the 5th Premier of the Peoples Republic of China.
