The objective of the NEDX process is to help outstanding executives find Non-Executive board positions where they can make a real contribution and also develop their skills and careers.
Candidates are nominated into the process by their Chairmen and invited to attend our NEDX Masterclasses, events that bring together up to three nominees, a Chairman, an experienced NED and a representative of a leading investor to discuss the realities of being, and becoming, a NED.
We have been running our NEDX programme since 2002 and have held over 70 Masterclasses. Since 2007, 33 FTSE 100 Chairman or equivalent, including 6 from the FTSE 20, have nominated candidates into the process. 5 nominees have become FTSE 100 CEOs. 52 candidates have been placed into NED roles.
As well as placing NEDs through the NEDX process, Sciteb undertakes NED searches for both FTSE 100 and smaller companies, and has assisted with Chairman Succession.
Sciteb also performs conventional Executive Searches of the highest quality, sourcing only the best candidates, and enriched by Sciteb's deep strategic understanding. This is generally single-tender repeat business.
